Naz Humphreys
Founder/ Chief Executive Officer/ Board of Trustee/ Chairperson
Naz Humphreys, a local South Auckland mum, former senior lecturer and educator, found herself sitting at the kitchen table with other South Auckland mums, dreaming up ways to make digital education truly accessible for their kids in a South Auckland primary school.
Instead of waiting for someone else to fix the system, Naz decided to lead the change by rolling up her sleeves and building Code 4 Change NZ from the ground up, one school and one whānau at a time.
Naz believes that every child deserves to see people like themselves in tech because 'you can be, what you can see', so she teamed up with her local primary school to deliver coding lessons that reflected the richness of local cultures and realities.
When Naz's not designing programs or training local digital mentors, Naz is happily conjuring up culinary delights for her whānau and friends or belting out the latest tunes in her own 'MUber Karaoke' to her children's despair. Naz believes that real change only occurs when all key stakeholders have a seat at the table.
Florence Korokoro

Florence Korokoro, the trust's Co-founder, shares that same passion for making work and learning truly people-centred. A connector at heart, Florence knows that a good kaupapa starts with good people. She's built her career helping organisations listen more, care deeper and unlock the leadership already in their teams.
At Code 4 Change NZ, Florence is the energy behind the scenes who makes sure every teacher, support worker and mentor feels seen and valued.
She champions a work culture where curiosity, collaboration, and kindness matter just as much as results, and where every tamariki's dreams are given mana from day one.
Jehaan Fitter
Learning & Development Facilitator
Jehaan Fitter is a Learning and Development Facilitator with over seven years of experience in 3D modelling and the visual effects industry. Having contributed to projects across advertising, film, and independent productions worldwide, he brings a well-rounded perspective on both the artistic and technical dimensions of digital creation.
He is committed to fostering growth and creative confidence in others. His pedagogical approach blends practical instruction with an emphasis on curiosity, problem-solving and artistic exploration, helping learners translate complex concepts into meaningful results.
